Using Dubai Directory means accepting what follows. It is short on purpose: terms nobody reads protect nobody.
You must be 18 or over
This site publishes adult advertising and is for adults only. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you are, leave now. Anyone who appears to be a minor in a listing is removed immediately and reported — tell us at once if you see one.
What this site is, and what it is not
Dubai Directoryis an advertising platform. It publishes listings written by the people they belong to, and that is the whole of what it does. It does not arrange meetings, does not take part in any arrangement made through it, handles no payment of any kind, employs nobody who is listed, and acts as no one's agent. Nothing on this site is an offer of anything by us.
Listings are written by the people in them
An advertiser writes her own text, sets her own terms and publishes her own photographs; everything a listing claims is hers to stand behind, not ours. We check one narrow thing and mark it plainly: a verification badge means a moderator matched a profile's photographs against a verification shot. It is not an endorsement, a rating, or a guarantee of anything else on the page. Judge a listing yourself, and take what you are told up with the person who told you.
What is removed on sight
Anyone who appears to be under 18; photographs belonging to somebody else; any sign of coercion or trafficking; a listing that is plainly a fraud. Reports of these are read first and acted on before anything else in the queue. Everything else — a wrong price, a dated photograph, a disputed claim — is handled in order, and the contact page is where it starts.
Local law is your responsibility
The law differs sharply from one jurisdiction to the next, and it is on you to know what applies where you are and to act within it. Nothing here is an invitation to break any law, and nothing here is legal advice.
These terms are a draft
They set out how the site actually works, and they have not yet been through the legal review the project requires before launch. They will change, and the version in force is the one on this page.
