5 Infinity Pools I’ve Been Dreaming Of

5 Infinity Pools I’ve Been Dreaming Of

Every where I have travelled to or lived abroad to has had access to water. Wether that access has been a swimming pool, ocean, river or lake, it has always been there. Sometimes when I’m feeling trapped by busy London, I dream of water and that escape, problem is I don’t even know where the nearest swimming pool is here. So I thought I’d put together some of the most luxurious and incredible pools in this world.

5 Infinity Pools I’ve Been Dreaming Of

The Cambrian Hotel and Spa, Switzerland

A heated outdoor infinity pool with incredible views of the mountains, this would be the perfect place to relax during the winter while the mountains and valley are covered in snow.

Jade Mountain, St Lucia

A luxurious hotel in the Caribbean where every sanctuary room has it’s own private infinity pool looking out on to the water and mountains. Each pool is individually designed and unique to that room.

Grace Hotel Santorini, Greece

This is the largest infinity pool of its kind in Santorini, with perfect views over the bay this would be a great spot for watching one of those famous Greek sunsets.

Hotel Villa Mahal, Turkey

This 17m pool in Turkey might be one of the best at creating that illusion all infinity pools have, you only have to look at the photo above to see. The panoramic views across the bay make it even more amazing.

Velassaru Maldives

And lastly another private pool located in the Maldives, with views across the amazing blue ocean you have a choice of pool or ocean on repeat, all day long.

These are some of the most luxurious infinity pools out there, and I probably could not have picked places more out of mine and any other budget travellers price range. However it is good to dream and some times (with a lot of hard work and saving) dreams do come true…

Here is where I stayed in 2013 after dreaming about it for three years.

These are so beautiful it makes me want to weep a little bit…
I’ve yet to stay anywhere where there’s an infinity pool to hand, but I’m determined to change that next year 😉 x

The Santorini one is my favourite – simply stunning! Komaneka in Ubud (Bali) has a gorgeous infinity pool. I was lucky enough to stay there for my honeymoon. The views were incredible. X
